Hello, I’m Alison Care, a passionate advocate for healing and personal growth. My journey into the world of self-help began as I navigated my own path of recovery from narcissistic abuse. Through my experiences, I have developed a deep understanding of the emotional turmoil that comes from such relationships, and I am dedicated to helping others reclaim their lives and find their strength.
